LASH PRIMER:
Water (Aqua), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Stearic Acid, Glyceryl Monostearate, Phenyl Trimethicone, Glycerin, Glyceryl Caprylate, Vegetable Collagen, Tocopheryl (Vit. E) Acetate, Panthenol, Propylene Glycol, Linolenic Acid, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/PVP Crosspolymer, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein PG-Propyl Silanetriol, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-19, Linoleic Acid, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Propanediol, Mica, Phenethyl Alcohol, Isocetyl Stearate, Aminomethyl Propanol, Sodium Hydroxide, Caprylhydroxamic Acid.

Apply a very thin layer with a concealer brush, or finger tips. Then dip brush into your glitter or paint dust and apply accordingly.
